The Palm, Beach House is a tropical modern, oceanfront 5-bedroom home, recently completed, in the surf town of Playa Hermosa on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. It sits steps from the ocean, close to the beachfront restaurants and bars of Playa Hermosa, and 5 minutes by car from the restaurants and nightlife of Jacó.
The house sleeps 12 to 14, so it suits families and large groups, and smaller groups and couples are welcome too. There’s a professional chef’s kitchen, a beach-club style front porch with a bamboo roof, and an infinity plunge pool looking out over the Pacific. Next door is the National Wildlife Refuge and Sea Turtle Sanctuary, and turtles are often seen on the beach in front of the house. Los Sueños Marina, for sport fishing, whale watching and island day sails, is 15 minutes away.
Complimentary daily concierge and maid service are included. A personal chef and spa services are available for an extra fee.
Private chef: breakfast $30 per person, lunch $30 per person, dinner $40 per person (minimum 5 people), plus the cost of groceries. The chef does the grocery shopping. Please give us 24 hours’ notice. Spa services come to the house: a full massage is $70 per hour.

Such an incredible property, right on the most gorgeous beach! Spent the day watching incredible surfers taking on the beautiful waves! We were 9 people and had a such a great time! We’ve been all over the world - including the Maldives several times - but this beach access was just very special!

It was by far the best house on the beach that you can stay at in all of Costa Rica! I will definitely be back sooner than later. I had the best time of my life. The host was super helpful and very kind. It’s a very safe and quiet environment for families and friends. I would recommend this place to anybody no matter what part of the world you’re traveling from. It’s a dream house vacation. Truly an extraordinary place.
Amazing location, host and service! Had an amazing weekend with friends. Beach front and safe with nearby restaurants convenience store and pharmacy. Nick the host was super responsive and attentive. Great service. Felt very safe as there was security at night. Thank you Nick and hope I’ll be back.
